Parking meters are located on most downtown streets, and include 30 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour meters. Cost is $1 an hour, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Free on evenings, Sundays and all federal holidays observed by city employees.

Maynard St. Parking Structure
One block south of the Theater (across from Borders Book and Music), with entrances off Maynard Street and Thompson Street. Cost is $0.90 an hour.

The Liberty Square Parking Structure
One block north of the Theater with the entrance off Washington Street. Pedestrian entrances on both Washington and Liberty Streets. Limited metered space available before 3:00 p.m. every day ($1 per hour). $2 general entry Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. all day Saturday (pay machine, exact change only).

All parking in Ann Arbor is free on Sundays and holidays.

We validate parking for Michigan Theater members. For each visit, we give out two one-hour parking validation stickers, the maximum number honored by the Maynard Street Parking Structure as dictated by the City of Ann Arbor.
